International Orders
Please note that while we display the US$, SGD$, GBP amounts for products featured on the Iconceptz.com.sg website, before you pay with a credit card you will be charged in SGD$ / US$ / GBP respectively when you make your selection on the currencies drop down menu. Your credit card will then be debited in your own currency via Paypal. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.
Postage Costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the middle portion of the order form when you select the destination country in ISO codes (Eg. Singapore will be shown as SG) . For orders containing multiple products, you will only be charged the postage cost for total weight of items.
All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail by Singapore Post. You can expect to receive your items within 3-10 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.
Local Orders (Next working day)
Delivery is FREE for Singapore addresses only. Our delivery team will make a call to you via the contact number indicated in your account for timing/date arrangements for your delivery. Alternatively, you may choose to indicated your time and date preference in the comments column upon checking out of the shopping cart. Delivery timings are from 10am-8pm daily unless otherwise indicated.
P.O Box Addresses
Please note: Due to shipper restrictions shipping is not available for AFO/FPO and P.O Box addresses.
International / Local Orders Processing & Despatch
Most orders placed before 4.00pm (Mondays - Sundays) are despatched from our warehouse the same day, subjected to stock availability and any security checks, via Singapore Post Airmail.
Orders placed after 4.00pm are processed and despatched the following working day.During festive seasons, orders are despatched on regular working days.
Returns...
We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If we send you a wrong product, or it arrived damaged or which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, please contact us by telephone (+65 6778 5245) or email (at info@iconceptz.com.sg) to inform us within 30 days of receipt and we will arrange a refund or replacement. In this event, please contact us first and we will allocate you a Returns Code (which you may wish to include with the package to ensure we process your return as efficiently as possible) and we will also advise you how to send the item back to us. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office to enable us to process the refund for your return postage costs.
